Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or altered.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and the hygiene seal remains intact.
Non‑Returnable Items
Custom orders, clearance items, gift cards, and products showing signs of wear, washing, coloring, cutting, or styling is not eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
